Commentary: Well, I eventually found it a bit irrelevant (and a bit arrogant/self centric) to “blog about every simple thing I’m doing” – and there’s been nothing much that’s been really special to share. Or so I think.
Since then I’ve been pretty much doing the same thing – though alternating through two workouts in the gym, one working on the top half of my body and the other for the rest, every other day.
Since I started 4 weeks ago, I’ve swapped my jogging – I won’t call it running…yet – with my gym workout. I follow that off with running in intervals — using the same program as the one in this podcast, except I got tired of having my earbuds fall out all the time so now I just track my time on the watch. Wasn’t very good music anyway.
So in other words, I’m working on my endurance first, soon I’ll workout for speed.
