Getting Started.

A lot of the advice that I have gotten on starting a running career centers on ‘having goals’ and ‘making time’… Well I say: good news you’re reading this because that stuff is obvious BS used to fill fitness blogs. All you really need to know and consider about entry level running is what plan you’re going to copy from (I’m copying the Couch to 5K schedule cause I can count it in my head) and how much water your whiny body will need — and when you’re on the run: you have to make sure you’re not leaning forward, that you are keeping to the plan and you have thought through about how many girls are going to make you breakfast tomorrow. That done, you and I are on a road to glory.

Running sucks. If I had my way, I'd rather sit in a motorised wheelchair and always have a seat for lunch at uni, instead of having to dodge people on the street, running (and they always stare). Damn it.
